Our hosting provider Railway is experiencing a minor outage across European regions which has caused the analytics monitor to time out with "no headers received", and some checks also returning 502 status codes from different regions. The monitor automatically recovered across regions within a few minutes and the incident was auto-resolved after the brief recovery period.
